Let’s get a bit personal … why work with me?

I worked my way up to a Fortune 500 Country Sales Leader by the age of 32. Good job … but I worked 12 hours a day … didn’t feel I was fully rewarded for my efforts, and travelled frequently for work, leaving a young family behind.

Then, I was made redundant along with 220 people in “global restructure”. Single income household. 2 kids under 5. I was shattered, felt betrayed and disoriented, but I didn’t have the luxury of time because of a minimum payout. “Loyalty” seemed one-sided as long it benefited my employer.

Suddenly, I was pushed into figuring out how to provide for my family. Trial and error … over and over again over 10 years. But gradually, I made better decisions and fewer mistakes.

Most importantly, I have built a $1M+ recruitment business, lead an incredible team, and enjoy the freedom of time, location, and income.
